Stable
Good for lower back and abdominal section. I'm 5' 5" 265 lbs and the structure is very stable. The whole thing is built well.

Great Value
Very sturdy construction except that the "bench" does feel a bit thin. I'm 6'3" and over 250 pounds and it holds my weight so I don't think there is a real concern there. The height of the machine is about perfect. I have plenty of room for hyperextensions with plenty of clearance. Reverse hypers , I can't quite get to 90-degrees before my toes touch the floor - but at the bottom of that movement there's almost zero resistance anyway. When assembled, the "bench" portion is slightly skewed. I didn't even notice it at first, and it's not enough to hurt the functionality. It would be nice if the ankle/calf support would move horizontally (it only moves vertically) - at my height it hits me pretty high up the calves. If I could slide that back a little, then Single Leg Roman Chair Holds would be more effective In use, I find this to be very sturdy - I have not noticed any wobbling or anything like that. Overall, if you're looking for a low-cost piece that is solid and has a pretty decent weight capacity, I would highly recommend this. There are some things that could be better, but at this price there will always be some trade-offs.
