    Terrible customer service and delivery

    Awful delivery and customer service. The item was not delivered to my covered porch but next to my uncovered garage door. It rained hard all day and completely soaked thru the box, the candy package and the candy was wet. Since this is for Halloween, it's unusable. I contacted customer service that initially said a replacement would be sent, but then the replacement was cancelled with no explanation. So far no satisfactory resolution, no replacement, no refund.
