    The Best

    This is such a wonderful product. It really makes me have a good night sleep. I do have to be careful when they take this because my senior chi wakes me up for midnight potty breaks and a couple times wasn’t able to!

    Wonderful

    I am a bariatric patient post-gastric bypass, out nearly 10 months from my surgery. I haven’t been great with keeping up with my vitamins as pills have been really hard to hold down. Liquids have been recommended from the start as malabsorption can be an issue. Finding something I can stomach has been really difficult, but I decided to take the plunge and try Mary Ruth’s. I struggle with sleeping anyway, so I thought that adding on the nighttime multi-mineral with the extra magnesium would be good to try. I’m truly resting so much better than before, and hope to be able to come off of my ************ sleep pill soon! While the consistency isn’t my favorite, this isn’t the fault of the product and absolutely just a side effect of my surgery. Just throwing that out there for any other bariatric patients. I definitely highly recommend giving this a try!

    Sleeping so much better at night with this product and Calm Gummies together as my night time process. Life changing for me.     Great Product!

    I had begun to have problems staying asleep at night. I'm not sure what caused the issue but this product definitely resolved it! I have a restful evenings with no residual fogginess in the mornings! And, the added pleasant taste is a definite plus!

    Terrible taste

    Malort goes down smoother, this is one of the most vile things I’ve taken. You will physically recoil each time you take this. Coconut dream is far better, with no bitter/acidic taste.

    Puts me out!

    I’ve been taking this supplement for two weeks and it took time, but it literally puts me out!! As someone who has taken sleeping pill at night i finally feel like I can stop taking it and have achieved the ability to fall asleep naturally.
