Terrible taste
Malort goes down smoother, this is one of the most vile things I’ve taken. You will physically recoil each time you take this. Coconut dream is far better, with no bitter/acidic taste.

Puts me out!
I’ve been taking this supplement for two weeks and it took time, but it literally puts me out!! As someone who has taken sleeping pill at night i finally feel like I can stop taking it and have achieved the ability to fall asleep naturally.

I should have paid more attention to the online label, but it was only when I received the product that I realized it has magnesium citrate in it and not magnesium glycinate. This makes no sense, considering it's part of a nighttime, sleep-inducing formula.

So Happy with the Liquid Night time
I have been on Ambien for over 3 years!!! I have tried SO MANY times to get off of it and have failed!! My Doctor wouldn't prescribed or suggest any alternatives. I now live with my elderly parents and do not want to be on Ambien because I want to be alert if something should happen during the night. My Aunt came for a visit and told me about Mary Ruth's and suggested I try it. Well it was a rough first 3 nights but I am off Ambien and its been over a month now!! Thank you so very much for your product!! I take the extra strength Lemonade Dream!! I still do not sleep through the night but I am going right back to sleep when I do wake up!! Extra strength is misleading….
This nighttime multivitamin was effective in that I did fall asleep faster and did not wake up groggy, even on days I slept late or woke in the middle of the night. I knocked off a star because I felt the original formula was more effective to aid with sleep and the lemonade dream favor is odd. It’s not bad tasting but also not enjoyable like the pineapple flavor of the original version. I’ll be returning to the original version.

Menstrual trouble-copper supplement
If you’re sensitive to copper supplements , do not take. It will negatively affect your menstrual cycle with increased bleeding, earlier periods, and excessive cramping. I didn’t notice any sleep benefits so not really worth the trouble.

I had no idea how well this stuff would work. I've never been a good sleeper, my whole life, hard time falling asleep, waking up in the middle of the night, not being able to go back to sleep, waking up tired, all of that. I haven't even finished a month of this vitamin and I am hooked on sleep. I fall asleep easily, I stay asleep and if I do wake up, I can actually go back to sleep. This stuff is a sleep miracle! And it tastes great too!

I have been suffering for minor depression for about 10 plus years. Which affects my sleeping. I’ve tried everything from prescribed sleeping pills to over the counter and even antidepressant pills. Nothing has worked like this liquid vitamin. I just recently discovered this multi night vitamin while ordering prenatal vitamins for my daughter (which she loves) I was taking the full 1oz but soon realized it was to much. I was sleeping through the night but waking up with a headache. Now I take 1/2 an oz and it works amazing. This vitamin drink doesn’t put me to sleep but it keeps me asleep. Right before bed I take 2mg melatonin and half an ounce of the multi night sleeping vitamin and I get about 7 straight hours asleep. It’s definitely a game changer.

Never slept better
I have not been able to sleep well for years. I frequently wake up and can't fall back to sleep. Since taking this, I can easily fall back asleep (if I even wake up) and feel so refreshed in the morning. I am definitely purchasing this again!

For my husband, this is great, but it made me vomit.
My husband has pretty bad restless leg and always struggles to go to sleep. This helps him SO MUCH. He falls asleep almost instantly and can actually sleep through the night every time he's taken it. The taste of this isn't bad at all, but after sitting in my stomach for 10 minutes I threw it all up, it was pretty rough too.

Tummy issues?
I’m new to these products but desperately looking for any help with sleep issues. I also take sleeping pills but they don’t really work. So I was looking for something to supplement them. I really like this product. I can handle the taste, no issues there. But I’ve been suffering from stomach issues since I started taking full dose. I’m going to try to half it and pray it helps because my stomach has been hating me for two days straight, to the point I don’t want to eat.
