Bought these to try postpartum trying to get the most out of the sleep I get with a 2month old. Feel so much more rested when I take these.

These taste so good! They're very easy to take. They do not make me sleepy at all though. I'm not taking them to get tired really, I'm taking them for magnesium supplements.

I like that the gummies are clean and they taste fine but 50mg each for this price is absurd! About 42 cents per gummy which is only 12% of the daily value. I need a much stronger and more affordable supplement than this.

I take the drops in conjunction with Magnesium gummies for maximum effects.

I've been enjoying the Magnesium Calm Gummiesâ€"they've been helpful in making me feel calmer without any drowsiness. I also tried the Sleep Gummies, but they didn't work as well for me. I realized that I'm already tired; it's just my anxious mind that keeps me from sleeping and so far these have helped.

They are very hard to chew

I purchased the sugar free iteration of these. Upon opening, I discovered that only one 3rd of the bottle has gummies. Absolutely unnecessary. Either fill the bottle 3/4 full like other companies, or make your bottle smaller. On outward appearance, at worst, this seems like false advertising. At best, this is complete wastefulness for oversized packaging.

I have taken these for 2 years now for constipation in place of miralax. They make me have a bowel movement within a couple hours. I have tried other magnesium citrates on the market and none work like this one even when its quadruple the dose. Mary ruths works sooo well. I dont notice being more “calm”. The taste is sooo bad. I get some batches that are fine, others that taste beyond rotten, some hard, some soft like a fruit snack, some melted together, some not. I really wish that they would change or offer a new flavor so i could continue to take them. Its like eating the bamboozled jelly beans, you dont know if youre getting a good gummy or a rotten flavored one until you chew it up and i was so sick of the gagging i had to switch brands unfortunately :(

These taste great and are easy to use but I do not notice much of a difference when it comes to "a calming effect "??

These have helped me so much. I struggle to fall asleep and to stay asleep. I have been taking these and they are amazing. I fall asleep faster and I stay asleep. I don't feel drowsy in the morning. They also taste so yummy. I love that they are sugar free. I highly recommend these!

Delicious flavor & they always make me feel calmer

I like that these are not overly sweet. They taste good for a vitamin and are not hard on the stomach. I don't know if I've noticed feeling more calm or not, but overall I do like taking them and will continue to do so!

After a month of the lipsomal I switched to the gummies. I don’t feel they are strong enough. I actually take 2 and then it price a difference. Great taste. Easy to take.

This is a good product, tastes good. However, 50mg? That’s it? I wish I would have looked at that before I bought this and opened it! The recommended dose to experience calm magnesium is at least 300mg. Too much gummies to take at once. Other products are great but this would never actually last two months if you want to at least get the good effects of magnesium.

These are absolutely the best and the whole family uses them

These have tremendously helped my insomnia. I can fall asleep easily and stay asleep! So glad I found this product!
