Pros: individually wrapped, stays fresh Seems to have a good high count of the probiotics Cons: Little chalky flavor. Takes a while to get used to Kind of expensive for only 30 tabs but I keep buying them because they seem to help my kids immune systems to stay stronger.

I’ve used these with my daughter for a month and while it hasn’t been long enough for me to be sure, I think they’re really helping her with her overall undiagnosed stomach issues. She used to suffer with vomiting for days on end any time any illness, even a cold was in the works and so far, being flu season too, she’s had 1 cold with no prior throwing up accompanied with that cold. I will keep repurchasing as long as I see the effectiveness. She also doesn’t mind taking these because she happens to like the taste.

My kids love the taste of these, but the packaging (blister packs) is too wasteful. Trying to teach my kids to make healthy choices for their bodies AND the environment, and this is not environmentally friendly.

I am a strong believer that probiotics and vitamins are what is keeping myself and my children healthy during this pandemic. I started giving this probiotic to my then three-year-old when tummy trouble was an issue. I have given it to the kids every day for 2 years and everyone has stayed relatively healthy! It does get very expensive though. We go through a box every three weeks, but totally worth it!
