The first time my four year old took this vitamin he started crying of pain. His stomach was bloated and he was very gassy. The second day he started throwing up after taking it. I had to throw it out. I do not recommend.

My son is 4 and autistic, these are the only vitamins I’ve bought that he will actually take everyday with no problem. They don’t upset his stomach either.
