The product is great quality

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The product is great quality and pretty. We have ordered two bedroom sets and each set had a wooden piece that was chipped and scarred or one piece that had misaligned drilled holes. Prepare to email customer service for replacement which they usually do. Sometimes it takes a few extra weeks.

Great bed

Good quality, takes about 2 hours to put together if you have some help. The color is darker than the pictures, it does not look like honey oak which I was afraid of. Highly recommend!

Broken panels

I love it but 2 pieces of the wood panels were cracked- I glued them and the glue took the paint away, so not as nice as it should be
