    [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The product was received damaged/broken wood and customer service was efficient in processing a refund queue. For the price of the bed, this was disappointing quality equal to Ikea but at a much higher price point. They confirmed that it takes 5-7 business days for the full refund and can be written off to donate yet we are still waiting for the refund to be finalized. The delays impact clients, given funds have been taken out much quicker than returned.

    Sturdy furniture. Easy to assemble! And many reviewers mentioned some type of smell but all i smelled was the wood of the furniture which I personally love. My son loves his new big kid room.

    Clay color not as pictured

    The color is not as pictured. It is more of a brown than grey. It would be very difficult to match with other furniture. There is also not a pleasant smell and the boards feel sticky.

    Cute bed!

    The bed is super cute and looks great in my son's room, but the headboard is shorter than I expected. I should've measured it! Also, the drawers are on wheels which is fine, but I didn't know that.

    Great Quality and Design

    I bought this bed for my son moving into his first ""big boy bed"" and I couldn't be happier with this purchase! It was fairly easy to assemble and is great quality. He loves the drawers to store all of his toys and stuffed animals. It's a perfect height and great, timeless color. Highly recommend!

    NOT 100% Solid Wood, and finish problems.

    Really disappointed to find particleboard used on the drawer bottom. This was advertised as solid wood. Also the finish is really subpar, with many matted 'scuffs'. My kids Delta furniture finish is far superior.

    Very disappointed to find that this bed, even though advertised as solid wood, has huge particle board panels for the drawers. If I was okay with that, I would have spent half as much pretty much anywhere else. Also, the finish has several quality issues. Several places have matte scuffs. The color does match the espresso on our Delta bookshelf and drawers, but the quality on the Delta furniture is far superior.

    Misleading product listing

    The product listing and photos give the impression that the storage drawers are part of the bed. The drawers are actually separate pieces that roll on the floor and are not attached to the bed. For the large price differential as compared to the bed without storage drawers I expected more than rolling storage that I could’ve gotten anywhere.
