    Terrible quality

    I would give zero stars if possible. These boots are falling apart after 9-10 months. They have large cracks and splits in the seams. I will not be buying muck boots any longer. These were the second to fail quickly, the first pair they sent were duds right out of the box.

    Exceptional Boots

    Excellent !!! Could not be Happier with the boots. The gator tops have already saved me many time from getting mud and water inside. If you really need a boot for foraging through the wood and wetlands this is for you. I could not have found a better boot. Easy on and off yet when calf deep in mud they stay secure on you. Just Exceptionally great boot.

    “Muck Muck Boots” because they do double duty!

    I got these for my husband about 10 years ago. He has worn them lots and loved them ever since. The convertible top means they are perfect for various situations. He says they are very comfortable and safe too, especially in mud. I want to get him a new pair but his size is no longer available—-please offer the whole size-range again soon!!

    I have bought these every year for the past 5 years. Love these boots just wish they lasted longer than one season. Draw string at the top is the BEST thing ever. No more shavings in my boots!!

    this is the only style boot that works for me..... very happy had them over a year super tuff and no more debris falling inside the top of the boot. looking to get a pair for my wife she keeps stealing mine.

    Comfortable, lightweight

    Great boots, comfortable and lightweight. They began to leak at the footbed seams in less than a year which is the reason for 4 stars. More durable than LaCross, though.

    Quality made, earned reputation

    All Seasons Performance. Affordable boot that will handle a wide range of conditions when you have no choice but to be out. I'll never find out how hardcore they are for daily use but for what I need, they will certainly excel.

    Keep my feet clean and dry.

    I volunteer at a Wetlands and Wildlife Center where I am working in water all day. These Forager Convertible Muck boots are comfortable and keep my feet clean and dry.

    Excellent Boots

    Bought these for hubby and he loves them. He wanted something lighter than his traditional Muck boots and these fit the bill. Being able to adjust the height was a big plus for him. They are water proof and very comfortable. Also they are true to size.

    I'm having bad luck with them, I guess.

    This is my second replacement pair for the defective pair (not waterproofed at the factory) I purchased a year ago. The left boot of the first replacement spontaneously split on the toe where two parts connected, so Muck replaced those, too. Thus far (it's only been a couple months) the elastic drawstring has broken on one of the newest boots (I repaired it myself). I find that I'm trying to avoid wearing them unless absolutely necessary in the hope that they last a reasonable length of time.

    Into the jungle

    Perfect lightweight waterproof boot for jungle trekking. When on land I’m often in the tropics, tramping through jungles looking for wildlife to document. When it’s 90+ F and 90%+ humidity, the lighter the boot the better, and I’ve never found lighter. Yet they seem pretty durable - I’ll be putting them to the acid test next month in the Darien Gap in Panama, studying Harpy Eagles. I’ll let you know…

    Not for frequent use

    The boots are comfortable but they ripped along the toe box seam within 4 months of use. I wear them for approximately 10 hours a week for mucking/ barn chores. I like that they are lightweight but definitely not worth the price, even with the sale and wasteful.

    Forager Muck Boot

    I am very pleased with my Forager Muck Boot. Having owned several pairs in the past with good results this pair is fitting my needs perfectly. They are lighter with the softer portion up high that allows me to wade into water deeper than before, important when launching boats in Maine ocean waters and still keeping my feet warm in our winters. All this without feeling I am wearing a heavy boot I have to drag around all day!

    Three inch split after two weeks.

    Extremely thin rubber layer, and one boot split three inches along a mold seam on the top flex area. This happened two weeks after purchase. At that time, and still, I can not find a way (other than this review request I just received via email today 2025OCT01) to contact the seller for a remedy of some kind. They may be fine, if you just look at; but don't wear, them. Muck brand used to be quality ... does not seem the case now. Bummed.

    Not durable, not waterproof

    These boots did not last a full season. Rubber is cracking and falling apart and no longer waterproof after a few months of use. Aquaseal helped for awhile but the rubber is thin and flimsy and will not last more than a season. Do not buy
