Q: Why did they change the pump?! The new one is awful. It constantly gets stuck down. It also doesn't make foam sometimes. It just shoots out liquid. All of the ones I've bought with the new pump have this issue.

Q: Does this have real grapefruit in it? I’m allergic to grapefruit, but it doesn’t explicitly say that there is, so I used it and was a bit itchy after.

does not smell as it should, sort of worried there's something wrong with it.

Usually method stuff smells spot on like what it's called. I recently bought the Eucalyptus and Rosemary Foaming hand soap and for some reason it smells like green apples, like super fruity, like a apple fruit rollup smell. Very unpleasent when one is expecting herbacious scent to get fruit. Everyone in the house guessed it was apple when I asked them what they thought it smelled like.
