We start with a super soft microfiber cover and generously fill it with a proprietary blend of 60% feather fiber, 25% down fiber and 15% feathers. You'll appreciate the 14 inch end to end sewn through boxes that will keep the natural fill from shifitng--no more cold spots. For added durabiltiy we've added a double stitched self piping around the edges. Certified by the American Down and Feather Council so you know you're getting a quality product.

Q: Are there loops or ties on this item to attach a duvet cover?

A: No, You do not need loops or ties when your duvet is few inches smaller. Or, you can use it as a regular comforter and not as a comforter insert.

Q: is this an acutual comforter with padding inside that you put inside a duveut cover because in some of the pictures the insert looks flat and like a normal sheet?

A: Dear Customer, It is a lightweight Comforter. It is not flat and/or as sheets as it has real feather and down as the fill material, however, we recommend for summer and/or people who usually are hot at night. It is a great choice if you are looking for an insert and/or light Comforter.

Great Comforter, great price!
As always Target comes through with a terrifc all seasons comforter for our bed. Just the right weight for the perfect temp--we run a ceiling fan and AC (live in FL) so this was great.

Doesn't have loops/tabs
It doesn't have tabs/loops to hold duvet cover so it moves around inside the cover. Also, read the reviews carefully because almost all of the reviews are from people who received this for free in exchange for a review. Only trust reviews from people who bought it.

Dry clean only
This comforter is great! It’s thin and very light weight but keeps you super warm in the winter and perfect in the summer. I hate that it sheds so many feathers everywhere though. It’s also dry clean only which really sucks. For the price it’s worth it but plan on spending $30+ to get it dry cleaned a couple times a year. You’re probably safer buying a machine washable comforter for a little more $

Wrapped in plastic clear wrap tight. Opened and laid out for a couple hrs because it was super flat. Decent weight for a king but my feather down queen comforter is way heavier and warmer. I guess expected for the price. My husband loves it. I did stick the comforter inside a duvet to give it extra warmth. Perfect for spring and summer.

Arrived with Odor
I should have listened to the other reviews that stated this comforter arrived with an odor. Granted, mine was delivered on a rainy day, but none of the comforter's packaging was actually wet at all. After unwrapping the comforter and letting it sit, I noticed a sort of wet dog odor in my house. Popping the comforter in the dryer and letting it air for HOURS did not help. I ended up returning this as it was just too much. However I gave the item two stars because had it not been smelly, this seems like it would have been the perfect weight comforter for me. So if yours arrives with a normal smell, I'm sure it will be a great comforter!

This comforter smelled so bad. It smelled like a dead animal. Do not order.
