You should expect to receive the Surface Laptop itself.

The laptop itself came great, exactly what the description says, brand new, only problem was that the shipping boxing comes with a little bit of damage, but the laptop was completely fine.

Damaged upon arrival, no exchange permitted, only return
This computer arrived with a big dent on the outer shipping box and a dent to the computer itself. Target does not have an exchange with its business partner (antonline) and there's no way to expedite shipping. Therefore, you are left with a "return and re-order" option only.
