Awesome game

My kids each on top of asking for gaming computers for Christmas asked for the Minecraft game. And short, I got them everything they asked for and a Minecraft game each however one worked and the other didn't. I have contacted Dell, Microsoft and Minecraft in this matter. No one is willing to help me. I have asked for a refund for one of the games so that I could re-purchase it. The words of my six-year-old it's not fair that my eight-year-old has it and he doesn't. Purchase two only one worked.

Game cards are a scam if you need to return. No refunds.

Bought a game card from this company and accidentally bought for a PC not xbox. All game cards are non returnable or refundable. Not displayed anywhere that this can happen. Customer relations wasn’t any help. Target is beginning to become a scam company. They stole $30 from me.

Glitchy

Ordered a Minecraft Java & Bedrock Edition Windows 10 with Digital Code. Paid for in full, waited the appropriate time for the download to be emailed to me. Received email with product key and download, when I try to download it does NOTHING. Every time I reach out to any kind of support, it's like riding a ferriswheel just goes around and around with zero help. Will not be recommending to anyone or purchasing again with this kind of service they offer.

Extremely easy Purchase and Success

I had just bought it for 30$ despite seeing a few poor reviews, but I immediately got the email with the code that I then redeemed in the microsoft store, and I had gotten the game. Took a few minutes, very happy with my purchase.

it worked!

If your download code never got sent to your email, you have to go to order details and copy and paste the code it gives you, make sure you redeem at the offical website (at the top area it should say "redeem a copy.") Very happy with the purchase.

Doesn't work

Bought download code from target. Received download code. Entered after given to daughter as Christmas gift. Game could not be downloaded after hours of setting up accounts and passwords and pins etc. a TON of work just to download a basic game. Even worse to no avail. Contacted target still awaiting there response but my assumption is there will be no reimbursement. Beyond that child was very let down. Buy straight from the Minecraft game as I should have. Seems much more straight forward.

Do not buy from Target

Too complicated to redeem. Just buy directly from Microsoft. Makes you sign into Microsoft store, and Xbox, create a child account and then when you redeem the code, even if you’re signed into the child account you created, it redeems it under whichever account you’re signed into on the Microsoft store. And it’s non transferable once redeemed. So now we have Minecraft on my husband’s account but not my son’s account- which obviously my husband doesn’t want our 6 year old playing on his account. So we had to repurchase the game again anyway. Now I’ve got an angry husband and a sad kid on Christmas because I bought an online game code from Target.
