A: At the store i've only seen them sold individually. I do see what you're saying though. The description does state that this is a "6 pack" twice. "MLB Soft Strike Neon Balls 6 Pack" and "6-pack".

False advertisement description says six balls I ordered two packs thinking that I was getting 12 I received two call customer support no help. I was hung up on then finally when I did speak to somebody they assured me I would receive the other balls received two balls.. today March 16 I called at least 10 times trying to talk to somebody was hung up on any. The issue was never resolved and there’s not a good enough corporate number to talk to somebody because this is an ongoing issue that should’ve been addressed a long time ago.

I ordered this item which said online it was a six pack of baseballs when I received the item it was just one baseball I was sent a replacement and again it was just one baseball😡it was very frustrating because it was a Christmas gift for my grandson.
