The Mockingbird Car Seat Adapter connects your Mockingbird stroller with popular infant car seats (see Highlights section for compatible brands and models), turning the Mockingbird stroller into a convenient and easy-to-use travel system that is usable from birth (Mockingbird Stroller and infant car seat are sold separately). With the Car Seat Adapter, you can transport your baby from car to stroller and back again without missing a beat. The adapter is easy to install and use. The adapter snaps on and off the stroller in seconds, and the Mockingbird stroller can be folded with the adapter attached. The car seat adapter can be used on our Mockingbird Single Stroller or Single-to-Double Stroller. If you’re planning to push two kiddos or twins in your Single-to-Double, using your Car Seat Adapter as one or both seats, you’ll also need a 2nd Seat Kit (sold separately). A: Hi Ally! Unfortunately, we’re not currently compatible with the Britax Cypress. If you end up going with a car seat we’re not compatible with, we have two other accessories that would allow you to stroll smoothly and safely with your newborn: the Bassinet or the Infant Seat Insert. It is easier to use than I expected. You can fold the stroller with the car seat adapter still attached and it doesn’t increase the profile of the stroller excessively. The car seat snaps into the adapter and then there’s some Velcro straps for additional security. The car seat releases from the stroller the same way it would from the car’s car seat base. The adapter itself snaps into the stroller easily as well. Good versatile design.

We purchased 2 adapters to use with our Nuna Pipa Aire & our UppaBaby Vista car seats. Both adapters are SO EASY to use. As a SAHM, I try to take my baby out as much as I can and these adapters make life so easy when I need to get him in/out of the car.

These work great for the Nuna Pipa Rx infant car seat. I had a lot of difficulties using them at first with the car seat being tough to get on the adapters. When I would go to put them on, they never made a clicking sound. So I consulted the manual again and realized that I had them on opposite sides. The arrows on the adapters should be outward, facing away from you. Now that I know that, taking my boy out for a stroll is a breeze.

The seat adaptar was very easy to install and my little one’s car seat installs easily. After carseat clicks in I’m able to put on the Velcro straps on for extra safety. It was worth the purchase.

I owned the previous version of the Nuna adapter for mockingbird and it worked great but there was a huge bar underneath it that would make it difficult to load the bottom of the stroller. With this new adapter it removed the bar and now I can load up the bottom of the stroller with ease. It also clicks the car seat into place very smoothly. My only critique is how the Nuna car seat disconnects from the adapter, but I don’t think that is a fault of the adapter rather the car seat itself.

I only regret not putting on my baby registry ! This has been perfect for quick trips in and out of stores. Not that breaking down the mockingbird isn’t quick but buckling in a baby can be rough when fussy.

These adaptors work great, I bought these instead of buying a whole second seat since by the time my infant grows into the big seat, my older kid will most likely be out of the stroller, but I like that in the meantime I can use this stroller for both kids!
