Not a fan
The fan stopped working twice. modern forms Customer service sent a new part for it, didn't work so now had to purchase a new one out of pocket before we would get our money back on replacement. We have owned the fan for 6 MO's and only used it for two.

Nice looks, strong air flow, smart technology
After purchasing a different fan from Lamps Plus and being extremely disappointed with it (Minka Aire Windmolen), we decided to replace it with this Modern Forms Renegade model. What a night and day difference as far as performance! No comparison really. One thing I learned was to look at the rpm specifications for the fan. The first fan we bought was so slow even on its highest setting. We went to the manufacturer and learned it only had an rpm of 76 on high. This model has an rpm of 120 on high. This was a substantial performance difference that was only found on the manufacturers website. The cfm rating does not paint the whole picure. This fan looks nice and provides excellent airflow with 6 speeds. The dimmable light is sufficient, but a higher wattage option would be much better. The remote and app both seem to work flawlessly - hope it stays that way. On a side note: The box/packaging arrived in terrible condition with holes and extra tape, crushed cardboard. Not what you would expect to receive at this price point. Really should have been double boxed for the price. Luckily it is all working.
