Why would you sell something that has to be assembled, without clearly telling people HARDWARE NOT PROVIDED!

The look of this coat rack is AWESOME. However it comes with no hardware to secure the wood shelf. VERY ODD! I like it so I don’t want to return. So I engineered the shelf to hold on my own. For $90 bucks super disappointing.
