Bad pump, great shampoo
The shampoo itself is wonderful for my long, fine hair. It’s the pump mechanism that is horrible and knocks the rating down. It’s very difficult to use - the pressure inside the bottle doesn’t release and the bottle concaves. I’m going to try to put it in a different container, but very disappointed, especially for the price.
