While reading the reviews
While reading the reviews, I found out that many only received one triangular bandage, I took the risk and received the 12 count that was promised is the description. They are good for what they are meant to do.

Received all 12 as ordered. Quality seems decent. Not sure why people say they didn't receive all of them. Maybe they fixed a previous problem?

These are NOT military grade cravates. They are thin but definitely serve a purpose. Military versions will cost nearly as much as a dozen of these but they are intended as multiuse tools for a battlefield. These are durable enough for a trauma kit and inexpensive enough to call them disposable. These will function as a temporary sling or as a field expedient tourniquet. For a field trauma kit its great to purchase a dozen at a reasonable price!

I like these - a lot. They are high quality in that you can put a lot of force on them and they will not give or tear easily. Great for practicing your splints or for keeping in a medical bag in case of a real emergency.

A good value for the money, however, the bandages are thin - older triangular bandages were thicker and held together better when tying knots or using for splints. A sheet with directions for tying simple bandages (pressure dressing, sling, head bandage, etc...) would be helpful. Check out an old Red Cross Standard or Advanced First Aid manual for directions ---- The safety pins are cheap and don't hold when pinning multiple layers together (for example, when pinning the side of a sling to hold the elbow in).

These were a great add to my first aid kit. Of 12 one was open and missing the safety pins, which I didn't find to be a big deal.

So let me start out bysay
So let me start out bysaying i got 12 bandages like the product says im guessing the warehoise messed up the orders where everyone got just one.For $8 these things aren't to bad. They are very thin course woven, so i guess you could say they "breath very well" lol. But seriously the edges are just loose cloth so you could probably unravel it by blowing on it really hard. But as these are an emergency, temporary, get all bloody and gross type of thing, so im fine with that. They are also reasonably strong, and you could safely use it for an arm sling. The package is also a bit of a problem for me, it was a big plastic bag with one peice of tap holding it sorta closed. Then the little individual ziplock bags were stuffed in there and some were open. So from the factory through shipping and everything those were open... Definitely NOT sterile in any way shape or form, which is ok i guess.Overall not bad.
