Q: Does the side of the pad you place on the wound matter? I notice a seam on one side but not on the other, so I wanted to ask.

Q: If using the pad to cover a facial wound, what's best to use with it to keep it in place? Is there a tape or are regular bandaids ok to use?

When using a non stick pad, we recommend applying a medical tape (like our Hurt-Free First-Aid Medical Paper Tape!) on all four sides of the pad, then applying to the wound to ensure a full four-edged seal to best protect it. Absorbent, soft and no irritation

If you ever have a surgery where you need gauze for protection until wound closure, these are it. They were my go to after a breast reduction and have been a staple for my husband after gynecomastia surgery (basically man boob removal surgery). They are very absorbent and soft, zero irritation!

The most important thing to know is that they’re t

I used the Band-Aid Hurt-Free Pads after my C-section and they were a lifesaver. My incision area was very sensitive, and I was worried about anything sticking too much or pulling on my skin. These pads are truly gentle and don’t cause pain when removing them. They protected the area well without irritating my skin. They also stayed in place nicely and didn’t bunch up under clothing. Postpartum recovery is already uncomfortable, so having something that doesn’t add extra pain made a big difference for me. I would definitely recommend these for anyone recovering from surgery or with sensitive skin.

100% perfect buy!

These non-stick gauze pads are amazing! The absorbency is high and can stop the flow of blood at least for cuts. It is very sterile; each come in a sterile package (Rippable) the ease of use is quick; grab a package, rip it open, and boom ready for use. It also is very soft while having the non-stick capability. In the middle is cotton so store the liquids(like blood or healing junk) 100% perfect buy!

Dont stick to incisions!

I had lipo and traditional gauze would take the scabs off my incisions. These work awesome and no longer stuck to the incisions.

Good but….

It would be better if there was an adhesive factor. The silky material is comfortable and doesn’t stick to the wound so that’s a plus but you still need to use some adhesive tape to secure it.

Pain-free removal, great absorbency, and gentle pr

These non-stick pads are a must-have for any first aid kit. They’re gentle on healing skin and truly don’t stick to wounds, making dressing changes way less painful. The absorbency is great, and they stay breathable while keeping the area clean and dry. I’ve used them after minor procedures and on deeper scrapes, and they always perform reliably. They don’t shred, don’t stick to scabs, and are easy to cut if needed. Super soft and trustworthy!

Great!

These were amazing after I had surgery! I had to keep my wound covered for a couple weeks and I used these to keep all my packing in place. They’re great and no lint or fuzzies stuck to exposed wound!

Band-aid - Hurt free Non Stick Pads

My son fell and had a bad scrape on his knee. I happened to have these on hand. He was so afraid it would stick and hurt when I needed to change it. It didn’t stick. Works great. We used several till his knee healed. Happy to know it actually does what it says.
