Johnson & Johnson Brand Secure-Flex Self-Adherent Wound Wrap - 3 In by 2.5 yd

I feel like I hurt myself more than the average person. Not on purpose, but when you combine hobbies like woodworking and soldering with easy distractibility, and baseless confidence, you end up being in a knowledgeable position regarding bandage products. Recently, I have had a series of encounters with those snap-blade utility knives and my finger on the hand holding a rubber mandrel I was trimming. *shudders* I already had a roll of TOUGH WRAP on hand from earlier this summer, and, once the situation was stabilized, I used the TOUGH WRAP, a folded-up paper towel, and a bit of triple-antibiotic gel to make a lil’ home for my finger to hide in until it was ready to once again face the cruel world. The TOUGH WRAP material is plenty strong, yet pleasingly stretchy, which allowed me to keep the bandage tight enough to keep things together, but not so tight that my finger turned cold and lost feeling (which is what happened when I tried something similar with tape. You can also use Tough Wrap pretty much interchangeably with that stretchy sports-wrap stuff - the main difference, so far as I can tell, is that the Tough Wrap is less dense but equally stretchy and strong. It’s nice that it allows a good deal more airflow to the injured bits than the stretch-wrap. Also, less dense meant that I was able to wrap my little toe to its immediate neighbor to form an effective splint when I walked, full speed and barefoot, into the wall while trying to walk past the too-big bed in a too-small hotel room. (BTW I was becoming frustrated trying to think of the right word for a the intersection of two walls that sticks out - I feel like a ‘corner’ is the concave version but I did not know what to call the wall upon which I broke my toe. Well, I looked it up and I’m pretty sure that the word for it is a ‘quoin’. , BAND-AID Tough Wrap can be used to make an excellent splint should you bash your left little toe into the quoin of a Bar Harbor, ME bed-and-breakfast. So, yeah, I’m nearly at the end of my roll of Tough Wrap but I will buy more the next time I see some.

The packaging is sturdy and the durability is great along with the comfort of the wrap which is very soft and it has a great value along with effectiveness

I recently tried the Band-Aid Tough Wrap and was really impressed. It’s super easy to use—just tear by hand, no scissors needed—and it sticks securely without pulling on the skin. I love that it’s flexible and stays in place even when I’m moving around a lot. Unlike some other wraps, it doesn’t feel bulky or uncomfortable. Perfect for keeping small cuts and scrapes protected during work or workouts. It also comes off without leaving a sticky mess. Definitely a must-have for a first aid kit!

Great material and easy to use. The packaging is easy to open and the wrap is durable. No issues with the comfort and it’s a good price point. Reliable product.

I like that this comes in a wide width, and that it sticks so well to itself. The only downside is that it's not nearly as soft against the skin as brand-name Coban.

Tough wrap is a must have in your first aid kit, it is very affordable and easy to use when it comes to dressing a wound. It is very comfortable and strong when it comes to movement

Love to use this with some cotton instead of bandaids when the scrapes or cuts are just too awkward. Very durable and sticks well to itself or can be tucked in

Great for use to secure gauze over an open wound on older adult with fragile skin

This works for the stated purpose. It did hold a gauze pad on my kneecap very securely. However, it really irritated my skin where there was not gauze underneath. After just a couple of hours my skin was red and stinging. So if you use this, just know that you might want to get something extra to protect all of the skin it will be wrapped around!

If you have very sensitive skin, this is the "adhesive" you should use. Like it says, "It sticks to itself instead of your skin or hair. I fist learned of it after having it used on my skin after a blood draw. What a great product!

This tape worked so well! Might have been just my experience but it did stick to itself and held up through a long 8 hour driving and concert experience. I was breaking in some Doc Martens (if you know, you know) that had in days prior blistered the backs of my heels, and this tape along with some gauze and Neosporin worked wonders! I was able to drive comfortably and stand in line for an hour, then dance the whole night for 4 hours..not to mention trudge up a steep hill to get back to my car. Even when I got home, it hadn’t budged and I needed to put in some effort to remove it. So good, might have to purchase more just to have it on hand. Definitely recommend!

This is the first self adherent wound wrap that has actually worked for me. I am diabetic and I have a wound on my toe. I place a small gauze pad and wrap it with this and the toe is protected. I highly recommend it.

It kinda rolls up and bunches together if you wrap your knees with it. I badly skinned my knees and wanted to wrap them to keep my gauze pads on them but it just bunched up and irritated the back sides of my knees. Not too horrible though otherwise

I had to wrap up my dog’s leg from a bite wound and stick to itself. Stays on long and it’s tough

Works very well! It doesn't irritate & it sticks much better (to itself) than the wound wrap that I've gotten from urgent care. Very easy to tear off so you don't have to fumble with scissors.

Great. I did it’s job.

Best stuff. Works great for my bad wrist. And my husband uses it for his wrists as well. Bought prob over 10 so far. Does not stick to the skin but stays in place all day long.
