A: We also strongly advise against removing or disabling the squeaker, as it does void the warranty, but if you still wish to remove or disable it, you can do so. Take needle-nose pliers and put them in the hole on the base to either pull the squeaker out or snip it.

A: Hello, We suggest that he practice standing on it first. This will allow him to learn how to balance on it and where his feet should be placed. After he is comfortable just standing on it and holding the handles, then have him try one hop. As he practices more, he will become more comfortable and find that he can jump multiple times without losing his balance.

A: The foam at the bottom is a durable thick block that has some give. When the foam is squeezed, it makes a squeaky sound kids love. The center tubing is made of a bungee like rubber. the handles are soft foam. Quick Tip: Keep the little ones active, challenge them to hop in place as they watch tv.
