Q: Is there a way to remove the squeaker? I can imagine that driving me crazy throughout the day.

A: We also strongly advise against removing or disabling the squeaker, as it does void the warranty, but if you still wish to remove or disable it, you can do so. Take needle-nose pliers and put them in the hole on the base to either pull the squeaker out or snip it.

Q: My grandson is having trouble stretching the handle and jumping and staying on the foam block at the same time. Any tips for success?

A: Hello, We suggest that he practice standing on it first. This will allow him to learn how to balance on it and where his feet should be placed. After he is comfortable just standing on it and holding the handles, then have him try one hop. As he practices more, he will become more comfortable and find that he can jump multiple times without losing his balance.

A: The foam at the bottom is a durable thick block that has some give. When the foam is squeezed, it makes a squeaky sound kids love. The center tubing is made of a bungee like rubber. the handles are soft foam. Quick Tip: Keep the little ones active, challenge them to hop in place as they watch tv.

Birthday gift
The 6 y.o. birthday girl loved it and her teenage brother had to try it out. Idk how it holds up over time but great exercise for kids on days when outdoors aren't an option.

Fun toy
We received this as a gift and so far, the 4 year old is loving it! The squeaker adds fun…for the kids ?. The 3 year old enjoys it but will have to practice his coordination a bit more to really use it. I’m really hoping it holds up to the rough usage it will surely experience with our boys.

Not squeaking as it should , it’s just been 3 days
The little parts popped out from the sides and it’s just say 3 of using it once or twice . And it’s not squeaking well

3 year old too young for it
My three-year-old has been trying to use it for about 2 1/2 weeks now… Unfortunately, she is most definitely too young to understand it right now… Did not realize that it was not a solid piece in the middle leading from where you stand to the handles
