Expired product

I purchased this through the target pickup this morning. They sold me a product that had expired almost two months ago. I tried to call the store to get this resolved and I couldn’t get ahold of anyone.

I was so nervous they would be weird but I'll tell you what. As an untrained white women my jalapeño cream cheese wontons were crunchy and perfect! I deep fried them in oil.

Won't Buy Again

The wraps are too thin and are difficult to work with. They tear easily and when I boiled them they fell apart. Very disappointed, and I won’t be buying them again.

I bought these to make wonton soup. They fell apart in the broth. Really disappointed.

Bad new recipe

They are now vegan, and can't find the original recipe, they dont hold for raviolis, and for fried rangoons they dont stick with just water like before since they dont contain eeg anymore, they open up and turn into a big bubble. Will be making my sheets from now in if I can't find a recipe that contains eggs

What. A. Joke.

Ok... so aside from the fact that homemade dumpling wrappers are just flower and water and therefore vegan and these tout as being some healthy option when they're packed full of chemicals, they simply are impossible to get not to break. They taste bad, look bad, and once again, are less healthy than making yourself but parading as some health option.

My Fave Brand of Won Ton Wrappers

This wrapper seals very well w egg white. It’s slightly thicker than other brands. So it can be prepped in advance and stored in container til cooked. Also, these wrappers are packed w less corn starch. So there’s less corn starch to fall off during frying. Cooking oil stayed cleaner longer w this brand. Like other won ton wrappers, these dry out quickly once uncovered. I recommend only taking out about a dozen skins at a time. Store remainder in fridge inside plastic wrap n inside ziplock bag or Tupperware container - prevents cracking or drying out. I’ve kept these won ton wrappers in fridge for 2-3 weeks before using entire package. When properly covered, they stay fresh and pliable.

Great fried and works for what we need

We use them to make cream cheese wontons and they work well. You just need lots of egg wash/water to make sure it's sealed fully. These are basically the only wrappers near by that we can get, so I can't compare to others though.

So frustrating to use

They really do tear way too easily. You're better off making your own. They're also too small to use for egg rolls.

Should've Listened to Reviews

New recipe sucks. Wrappers are really thin. Used to make crab rangoons. Area where filling is doesn't stay crispy. Wrapper breaks and creases easily. Not official won ton wrappers. It's only in the shape of a won ton. I do not recommend this brand. Also, the round wrappers are the same as well.

Cut in strips and fry them up

I don’t use em for wontons but I use em for chips. Cut them in strips, fry them up in a pan and they are the perfect little chips!

Sooo Yummy

These Were Sooo Good. I Made Cream Cheese Rangoons In The Air Fryer. I Was Nervous To Get Them Because Of The Bad Reviews But They Held Up Perfectly For Me And I Honestly Like Them Better Than Non Vegan Ones

I made dumplings for New Year’s for the first time with these. They turned out delicious and it was so easy! I’ll definitely be making them again soon.

Too thin

Running out of wonton wraps in Walmart, or I would never buy this ! Too small in size! Too dry and easy to break when folding slightly.

DON'T BUY

The wrappers crack when you try to wrap them and then they fall apart when you boil them. Worst wonton wrappers I’ve ever bought. I bought these because I didn’t have time to stop at an Asian grocery where I would buy it normally. Going back to the Asian grocery store to get the good stuff.

Pretty gross!

These are definitely not like other wonton wrappers. Mine split apart easily and they have a really tangy after taste that quasi ruined the dish. Won’t order these again!
