Good way to take Schisandra

My nutritionist has been having me take schisandra (also spelled schizandra) off and on for quite some time. Up until I discovered this Nature's Answer schisandra in liquid form I had always taken schisandra in capsule form. I far and away prefer this liquid form. I also like the flavor of this schisandra... it has a fruity but slightly sour taste.

TRADITIONAL ADAPTOGEN

Schisandra Berry Alcohol-Free Liquid Extract is one of a number of different Herbal Adaptogens I use as part of my regular nutritional supplement regimen. I find them all to be very effective. I always opt for the alcohol-free liquid extracts when available, because that just equates to fewer caps and tabs I end up taking at the end of the day. One to several squirts from the dropper directly under my tongue does the trick. I find no problem with the taste. Good product. Works for me.
