I am 3 days post partum and struggling with MAJOR anxiety. Being PP and breastfeeding there wasn’t much I could take. As a last resort I took a dose of this and it wasn’t even 5 minutes later I felt like a whole different person. I will have to order about 20 more bottles of this! WORTH trying!

My family and I have been taking this product now for almost a year and we all have seen amazing benefits! Two members of out family, after regularly taking lemon balm drops (2x daily) have noted their mental health has drastically improved, and were able to stop their antidepressants. Other family members, including myself, have notice much better sleep and wake up feeling refreshed in the morning if we take it right before bed. In June of last year, I was diagnosed with POTS and no prescriptions have worked for me to help with my heart rate. Although I can't say this product has helped 100%, I will say I have noticed a big improvement in my symptoms and how I feel on a daily basis when I take the drops in the morning and before bed. I would definitely recommend researching if this product is right for your condition!

Drinking half my body weight in oz. as recommended by MAry Ruth’s liquids to lunch is a lot of water! I like to mix it up and add these drops for flavor and for the soothing feeling I get during stressful work days! Awesome product and is definitely in my regimen

Wasn’t sure what to make of this. I do overall feel more calm than usual, don’t know if it’s placebo or if this stuff is actually working. Not as easily frustrated. Will continue to incorporate this into my daily MR supplement routine!
