Love adding to drinks!
I love adding this especially to fruity drinks! I like visiting my local kava bar but it can get a bit expensive~ it's nice to be able to make my own drinks at home and feel the benefits. :)

Very Calming!
I initially came to MR for their collagen gummies (which are GREAT!), and bought this Calming Kava as an add on to my order. I struggle from a lot of anxiety and over thinking, especially while looking for a new job. This helps me a ton! I honestly don’t know if it’s a placebo effect or not, but I really like it! The taste is a bit odd, but it’s not gross.

Took a chance, VERY impressed
My youngest has been sleeping horribly, and waking up before dawn is not sustainable. I was not very sure if this would actually be impactful. Tinctures and supplements can interact differently per person. I tried it myself to understand how it would make her feel, it is not a blend that makes you drowsy, you just feel like anxiety has melted away. Its very impressive. It has improved quality of sleep, and my littlest is sleeping through and waking refreshed. I would say that better sleep has cleared a path for more refreshed days, its helping reset for a better cycle. I tried Valerian Root first, to calm for bad dreams. While nice, the Kava is hands down more effective for relaxation.

It works!
This blend has been a wonderful relief when I am feeling overwhelmed or anxious. I have also been taking it in the evenings and am finding it much easier to fall and stay asleep. This is definitely going on my monthly subscription!

It doesn’t work
It taste awful, but you can easily disguise it with a sweet drink. It has no effect on me. I’ve been to Kava bars in Hawaii' (long ago), and there the Kava had great efficiency. This tincture results in zero effects for me. Bummer.
