Don’t notice a big difference just doing 1 squirt. I feel like you’d have to do 2 and that is gonna go by way faster. I feel like the bottles should definitely be a little bigger. Other than that, I love the idea of it and I’m all about health and wellness so

I just started taking this about a week ago so I'm not sure if I have noticed any benefits to taking it yet but was slightly concerned about flavor as the package doesn't say what the flavor is and it is a dark brown color. But was surprisingly impressed it tasted like sweet licorice.

I've been reading a lot recently about the benefits of mushrooms. I don't like the taste or texture of them so I was happy to find this formula. The drops are easy to take & palatable.

Surprisingly, the taste isn't bad at all. It's actually very do-able! Thank goodness! So happy I decided to subscribe & save & make these 6-in-1 mushrooms apart of my life forever!

These drops are game changers! I add 15 drops to my morning tea and feel a tangible increase in my energy and focus throughout the day. I was nervous to try them, because some herbal supplements trigger migraines for me, but I’ve had no issue with these. Highly recommend! Another great Mary Ruth’s fine.

Mushroom complex is perfect for balancing women's hormones. My first time using this. It works right away. By the end of the 1 week of using this my hormones was evened out. It slowed down my cramping during my monthly! I highly recommend mushroom complex. Thank you Mary Ruth!

I have never slept so well. I didn't buy this for sleep, but I have noticed I sleep more sound now that I have been taking this complex. I have always tossed and turned a lot and wake up constantly my whole life. I still wake up maybe once or twice a night, but when I am asleep, its gooood sleep! I feel less foggy headed so far it isn't like SUPER noticeable but I do feel a change its only been maybe 3 weeks. Taste is not bad at all.

I usually order the lions mane and I wanted to give the Mushroom Complex a try. I haven't finished the whole bottle, becaus I tend to use the lions mane drops more. I will finish the bottle and update my review. It seems to make me grouchy? Like I said, I am not too sure about them, but I will finish the bottle to see if anything changes.

I love that this product contains a collection of so many wonderful mushrooms. I'm very grateful to have them all together. I'll take this product a VERY long time!

I'm very pleased with the mushroom complex I ordered. The quality of the organic mushrooms chosen for this complex is ideal. I've noticed clearer thinking, less mental fog.

Mushroom complex has really helped me sleep better at night. Tastes great too! I take it in the evening before I go to bed and it helps me have a restful sleep and easily fall back to sleep after getting up during the night. I know it has other great benefits however, I am not aware of them at the moment.

Mushrooms have many great benefits. If you don't like mushrooms, this is a great alternative. Very sweet, almost like a syrup.

You can't go wrong with a mushroom supplement and Mary Ruth's supplements are made with quality ingredients and a lot of love.

I’d love to give this review a 5 because we were very excited about this product. But after we received what was deemed by Mary Ruth’s as a "bad batch” (cloudy with sediment and in some bottles goopy) and it was replaced, The exact same thing happened 2 more times. At which point, we opted to find another provider of the Lion’s Mane Tincture. Upon investigation we informed Mary Ruth’s that all bottles seemed to all be from the same batch number (exp date 2025) but rather than check the next replacement batch before it was sent to us they just gave us a refund. We really wanted to support this mother/daughter business and asked for escalation to the quality department to try to help resolve the problem for us and others with future orders, but our request was declined. :-(

Not really sure if its working or not, haven't seen much change

The product is working good so far. I love tinctures which make it easier to give to my kids. My kids don’t mind the taste. The order took a bit to arrive and I couldn’t track it for some reason until I reached out to someone and it was fixed.

Myself and my two children, 3 and 12 years old, take Mushroom Complex everyday to boost our immunity and mood. We also take Kava after our baths or when going on longer car trips.
