It seems to help me. I don’t need naps everyday now and when I do nap it’s very quick. My mood is better. I wish I’d didn’t taste so horrible. I gag every time. Just looking at the bottle sometimes my stomach turns.

I'm working on my second bottle of Ginseng Vitality and I'm not sure I notice a difference in my energy. I love the formula ... great combination of herbs ... and I intend to finish this current bottle and make a decision then as to whether or not to continue.

At first I was only taking 30 drops once a day and didn't really notice any improvement. I'm currently taking 30 drops twice a day and feeling improvement in brain function as well as overall mood. Looking forward to stepping up to 30 drops three times a day. I recommend this product.

I can definitely see an improvement in my energy levels after taking this ginseng vitality for over 3 weeks now. Because of my increasing energy levels, I'm now able to workout longer and recover faster so that I can enjoy other activities such as fishing in the evenings.
