I refused to put it in my mouth because it smelled so bad I was gagging. It smelled like a BO stinky feet combination. I threw it out because I figured I opened it and didn't want to be shady and return it. Awful bad terrible. I'd really give it no stars.

The taste was fine but unfortunately I didn’t feel any improvement with this product. It didn’t help to calm me or help me sleep.

This product worked, but I couldn't get past the taste. I had to hold my nose and try to drink it, even when diluted into another beverage, and still trying not to gag. Eventually I stopped trying to take it.

I have the hardest time falling asleep and staying asleep. One dropper of this before I go to bed and sleep comes and doesn't leave. I am waking up rested and rejuvenated. So thankful for this and now I will never be without thanks to the subscription option.

Valerian Root tincture to help you relax , get calm and fall into a blissful sleep truly works ~ some use it to relax during the day. I like to save mine for the extra “ punch “ at night. I’ve suffered from insomnia and the inability to stay asleep my entire life. Valerian Root helps. Be prepared it doesn’t taste great although Mary Ruth has found a way to make it taste so much better. I’ve used Mary Ruth products since 2014! There are so many of her products I swear by !

Decided to buy this for my significant other during the sale and I had to come back and say this stuff is gold! It stinks it‚Äôs not great tasting but he tried it anyway and he said he slept like a rock. I even noticed the time I didn‚Äôt take it, he was knocked out while I was tossing and turning. Valerian root is said to help with insomnia which I believe he has and he‚Äôs tried unisom and every sleep aid OTC and nothing helped but this! This will always be stocked in our home. He needed this bc he‚Äôs the money maker in our home so I need him to be well rested ü§™

It helped me fall asleep but not stay asleep after 2 hours I was tossing and turning the rest of the night. The taste is awful but worth it if you have issues falling asleep

I've dealt with sleep issues most of my life. I've tried just about everything I could get my hands on, and worked on sleep hygiene. I do meditation and breath work and so often still couldn't get a good night's sleep. These drops have helped so much. I'm still not a perfect sleeper but with these I fall asleep quickly and stay asleep longer. They're definitely helping!

This Valerian root is my go to when I'm feeling restless at night. Was pretty skeptical since I've tried other forms of Valerian in the past and it didn't work and tasted horrible, but these drops are sweet and don't taste bad at all, and work pretty fast. Definitely would recommend.
