Nice!

Time for sleep

I don’t have a tolerance so just 1 capsule was enough which ended up being a great value for the money and had absolutely no taste when I ingested it. Helps with sleep!

It is extremely effective to help with sleep as someone who struggles often with falling and staying asleep. Packaging was easy to open and the pills are easy to swallow in my opinion. Great melatonin replacement

Life changing!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I had no idea Valerian Root could help with sleep until I got this! I’ve tried everything, tea, melatonin, Tylenol pm. They left me with a “hangover” or I woke up a ton in the middle of the night. Or I had weird dreams. With valerian root I experienced nothing but a blissful night sleep. I recommend consistency in taking it because what a world of difference !!! I’m a lifer now. I highly recommend.

All natural effective sleep aid!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I received this product free from Nature Made in exchange for my honest review. I’ve been using these capsules for about 3 weeks now to help me fall asleep faster and stay asleep and I’m pretty impressed with the results! People have been using valerian root for literal millennia to get a better night’s rest. It took about 3 days for me to see actual results but I noticed I started getting tired about 30 minutes after taking a capsule that night. I wound up falling asleep about 20 minutes after that and slept for almost 9 hours, which is unheard for me. I’ve continued to see similar results each night that I’ve used them and I’m very satisfied to say the least. I love that the formula is a natural plant extract and homeopathic! I hate putting synthetic drugs in my body if I don’t need to - they’re pretty hard on my kidneys. The packaging is nice and keeps UV light from reaching the capsules and diminishing their effectiveness. They’re set at a slightly higher price point than drug based sleep aids, but I think it’s worth it to pay a little more for them. All in all, I highly recommend! Be sure to look up potential drug interactions if you’re currently taking any other medications though first!

Sleep support

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Sleep is incredibly important to me because when I don’t get adequate sleep I don’t feel like I can function at full capacity. This valerian root supplement has been very helpful in my night routine in ensuring that my nights sleep if peaceful and I actually get good rest. I take it about an hour before I go to bed and by the time I’m ready to sleep I feel like it helps me drift off super quickly and peacefully.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This Valerian root from Nature Made is a great drug free way to fall asleep fast. It is melatonin free and did help me fall asleep fast. Unfortunately I still woke up throughout the night. I have a very hard time staying asleep and I really haven't found something for that I will say I was shocked how quick this put me to sleep so I do like it for that.

Works great

I usually have trouble winding down at night, but these capsules seem to help me relax more easily. The dosage is just right, and I haven’t experienced any side effects, thank God. I appreciate that they don’t have any weird aftertaste or artificial ingredients like some other products I have tried in the past.. Overall, I’m pretty happy with how they’ve been helping me get a better night’s rest.
