Like most people I can’t remember where I heard about this herb but I feel like it started kicking in on the 3rd day…certain things that I’d be flipping out over I noticed weren’t triggering my emotions as usual…like traffic…today’s my 4th day because I skipped a day and it’s odd not feeling ticked off about something that usually ticks me off (when my kid gets in trouble at school). I feel lighter and not so stressed so far. I heard this herb doesn’t kick in until about a week but I think it depends on the person. If you suffer from severe anxiety I don’t think this will feel like it’s helping you until enough of it is collected in your body.

I have never had a vitamin that I couldn’t tolerate until this one. I tried for 3 days thinking I would get used the taste and texture. On the third days I even tried chewing it with another gummy vitamin that I like. They taste absolutely awful.

If you chew on them too long they get bitter, so I recommend chewing and swallowing quickly. I didn't feel they had much of an affect on me, but it didn't seem to have a negative impact at all. The packaging was easy to open, and for how many you get, the price is fair. I like gummy vitamins and supplements because they are easy to fit into my routine and easy to consume.
