Q: After taking the recommend dose Do these pill cause diarrhea upset stomach during the day. Regular magnesium upset my stomach, and causes diarrhea. This have been a problem when I take magnesium.

Dosage changed
I've been using this product for a while, but noticed some changes on the label of my latest order. Two things changed: the dosage per serving has been reduced from 325 mg to 300 mg, and the supplement facts label has changed. This totally caught me off guard since these changes were not advertised anywhere when I ordered it. But overall this product still helps with my sleep and muscle tensions.

Does wonders for anxiety
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I wanted to try magnesium capsules to help with my racing thoughts/anxiety that prevent me from getting a good night's sleep. I've tried melatonin but don't love the drowsy aspect. I was so impressed by how well these magnesium pills worked. I take 3 after dinner and it has such a relaxing effect for me, without any drowsiness. Not only do I feel more relaxed mentally, I also am able to fall asleep much easier at bed time. Such a fan!

I started taking them at night for a few days and after about 4 days I started to feel a difference in my anxiety levels. There’s no taste to these which is great! I sleep pretty regularly already but I feel like I slept more consistently through the night when I would take these. So far I really like them!
