I wish these worked for me. Within an hour of taking one capsule, my stomach started to hurt. Rapidly that turned into severe cramping and unfortunately, diarrhea. I've had two kids, and this genuinely felt more painful than most of my contractions. It only subsided a few hours later when I took an anti-diarrheal. It's the only thing I can think of that caused this because my husband and kids and I all had the same breakfast and dinner the night before. If it wasn't so painful, I would've tried it again on a different day to see if this really was the culprit, but I can't go through that again.

Okay so, I bought this because it was on sale and is a mixture of a lot of supplements that are great for stress. I will say, this supplement definitely works. I feel like I can handle stressful situations but better and just feel more relaxed. The downside, I have had HORRIBLE acid reflux, especially at night. I was wondering what was causing my reflux because I have a very strict diet and haven’t had any issues since I changed my diet back in January. I was taking this supplement a few hours before bed and was finding myself constantly waking up with reflux and a sore throat in the morning. I tried to switch it up and take it in the mornings and still, horrible reflux at bedtime. I’m going to stop taking it and see how my reflux is and this will confirm whether or not it is in fact the supplement causing my reflux. I have read that Ashwaganda can cause reflux symptoms especially in people who have a history of GERD. I’m so bummed, because this supplement is great. So I do recommend it as long has you have no history of acid reflux because it can make it worse.

My only dislike is the mint flavor, while welcomed, it's a little too potent for me. Price is a little expensive.

I love the idea of it and the traceable, simple ingredients. All of these are things I've either taken individually in the past for stress levels or have looked into taking. I just don't really know if it's doing much for me—I might skip a few days to check. The thing is the formulation is solid so it's not hurting, maybe I just need higher levels of this stuff to feel a difference. lol

It's hard to tell whether this is a placebo or it is working, but I will say after a few months of taking it, I took a break due to the high cost, and I ended up ordering a new bottle within 1 week of not having it. I love the way it looks and smells, so it feels good taking it. I take it around 12PM to help me reach my kids' bath and bedtime hustle. Again, it is hard to say how much it is truly working, but I definitely feel slightly better when I am taking it.

I took all of these because I have severe anxiety and I won't lie, it did take the edge off a little bit, which I enjoyed. The only thing is there are not enough in the package, but I guess that's a me thing. Anyways highly recommend, definitely something positive for us anxiety havers!

I thought I would have to take the Stress Relief for a period of time before it worked but thankfully, it started working within an hour of taking it. I have a seasonally stressful job so I like that I can take it as needed. It provides an even calm without making me sleepy until night time when I'm ready to sleep, then I sleep great.

At first I thought it might be the placebo effect, but I would notice on the days I didn’t take it I felt more anxious and stressed overall. I have to say the smell is very strong of saffron but it smells good to me so I'm OK with it. I have been taking these everyday for 3 week and they actually seem to help me relax. I would recommend these and this brand.

The serving size is one capsule once a day. The capsules are clear and easy to swallow. The capsules have a weird smell and taste, which leaves an aftertaste. The capsules smell/taste like lemon and ginger. I honestly didn't notice much of a change in stress relief to be honest.
