The only thing is, the taste is kind of off on it’s own? Like it tastes kind of salty, so I normally drink it with some low sugar juice. I do feel like the value is very good for the money, and the dosage is high enough to really keep my levels good.

I generally drink this after I go to the gym to replace the electrolytes I've lost through perspiring. Emergen-C contains Vitamin C for immune support, Vitamin B to increase energy without caffeine, and increases electrolytes. This has a tropical refreshing taste although the frizziness takes a little getting used to. This product would as be helpful to replenish your body when you feel under the weather.

However it does smell like vitamins but doesn’t taste like it smells. It dissolves quickly and doesn’t have any grittiness to it. The individual packets make these convenient to take on the go.

This came in a pack of 30. I found them very easy to mix in a cup of water and then sip over some ice. Very pleasant and the flavor was enjoyable. Certainly a good way to get some extra vitamin c immunity in me. I had never had this flavor before but it was refreshing. The natural fruity flavors were tasty.

Just take 6oz of water and pour the content of the package, Stir and drink. The flavor is very nice! I like it more than the original. It tastes like sparkling flavored water but better because you are getting antioxidants, vitamins and electrolytes. Highly recommend.
