I have been so impressed with these on the go immune support packets for my children. I love that you don’t need to have water and you can just dump it in their little mouth and let it is fun and pops like pop rocks in their mouth. They love the flavor. I have consistently given them these nightly before bed for the past six months and it has greatly improved them, not getting sick as often.

I would say the texture is similar to pop rock candy crushed up . I'm not sure how effective they are haven't seen a difference in health or anything

i don’t like the kind you mix with water but these are great!! (i also don’t like the orange so i have get the kids strawberry) not as strong as a pop rock sensation, but similar! also kind of sour but it doesn’t take long to finish it
