A: Thank you for reaching out! The suggested use indicates taking up to 30 drops (1 mL) 1 to 3 times per day, depending on your needs or as recommended by your healthcare provider. This means you can take up to 30 drops per serving, and if you take it 3 times a day, that would indeed total 90 drops daily. To clarify, if you take 30 drops (1 mL) once per day, the bottle would provide approximately 30 servings. Additionally, we've recently updated our packaging to include a marked pipette, making it easier to measure in milliliters (mL) instead of drops. I have been struggling with swollen lymph nodes near and around my ear. This helps to get my lymph moving and I have not had a swollen node since! It is easy to add to water or tea. I would like to repurchase this!

I get super congested and low lymphatic flow in these areas and my glands in my neck. When I take this it helps move the lymphatic system and relieve pressure in the tissue.

I’ve been taking these drops for a couple of weeks now and I notice a slight difference in my face puffiness but not very much so will definitely keep using. I have no bloating and use the restroom regularly. I have yet to weight myself to see if it aides with weight loss but will update once I hit the second month phase
