The capsules are easy to swallow and don’t upset my stomach, which is always a plus. I really appreciate that there aren’t any weird additives or allergens—just a clean supplement. The price seems reasonable, too. My only small gripe is that you need to take two capsules to get the full 15 mg dose, which I wish was clearer on the label. They don't really have a scent so that's nice. And I like that this is a metabolically active form of folic acid, which I hear is good for people who have the gene mutation.

Packaging is nice with the flip top and the capsules themselves are a reasonable size to swallow. Not a huge number in the bottle and you do have to take two per day, so not a great value.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have been taking Nature's Truth 5-Methylfolate 15mg for about a week now. The capsules are relatively small, easy to swallow, and odorless. B vitamins are water soluble and not stored in your body, so I like to supplement to make sure that I am getting mine. I also like that they are non-GMO, dairy and gluten-free and contain no artificial colors or preservatives. Just be aware that you need to take 2 to get the 15mg dose on the label.
