A: Hi Cj, thank you for your question! This is a thermoplastic rubber, hard enough to keep the structure strong, but very slightly pliable enough for a dog to chew on it like a rubber toy. Thanks!

our bulldog loved the noise and fetching it when it rolled all over. within a day or two he ripped off a piece of the orange belt. I had to take it away and I will not be buying another one.
