The NERF Vortex Aero Howler has brought us a lot of outside fun. Since buying, we’ve given several as gifts. The whistle is louder when the ball is thrown faster, so small hands may not have the strength.

My boyfriend and I are adults who grew up in the 90s. We randomly stumbled across this in Target the other day and had to buy it. We ended up buying another one out of fear of this one going missing because it is so much fun to throw! The whistle is the best. I wish they would make some more of these in the more 'vintage' bright colors as well.
