Avoid if you have a sensitive stomach
Taste was decent, and I liked the texture, but shocked no one is mentioning stomach upset from these. Immediate bloat and gassiness that has lasted hours, likely from the inulin and alcohol sugars. Also the packaging on the bar itself was hard to open.

Roomies' new favorite
