I’m not much of a marshmallow person so that’s why this has a four the taste is really a five!

These bars taste just like a Russel stoves marshmallow. Will be buying regularly

I was super excited to try these, but they are NOT it. The texture is very much like a chocolate covered marshmallow, but had hard chunks of gelatin or something. Couldn’t even finish one bite.

Fair warning for everyone before you buy it and leave a bad review, if you do not like the texture of marshmallow… you will NOT like these. These are Built PUFF bars, they do not have the texture of the flavor described, they have the texture of a marshmallow. If, however, you do like marshmallow texture.. these are for you. I’ve hated every other protein bar I’ve ever had, they taste weird and the texture is always off for me. I decided to give these a try because other people said they taste like chocolate covered marshmallows, I was not expecting much. The other reviewers are correct, these taste just like those seasonal chocolate covered marshmallows but with the flavor that each bar says. I’ve had the coconut (amazing, tastes like a marshmallow version of Mounds candy bar), the cookie dough (tastes like the marshmallow version of those cookie dough bite candies from the movie theater), and the brownie batter which… SURPRISE… tastes like the marshmallow version of a brownie. They’re all amazing, I doubt any of them are bad at this point. I will 500% be buying these all the time, it’s like having a candy bar but with way less guilt. Again, don’t like marshmallows? Don’t buy these.

The protein is lower than other comparable brands but the flavor makes up for it. Other brands I have to be pretty hungry for them to taste good. These I eat as a sweet treat when I have other desserts like ice cream I can eat. It’s literally that good

I got these for my dad, who has a heart condition and tends to skip meals when he’s busy. These bars have been a total win-win! They taste like dessert but pack real protein. He feels like he’s getting a treat, and I feel better knowing he’s getting something that supports his health. The brownie flavor is rich and satisfying without feeling heavy!

I recently bought the Built Puff Brownie Batter. They must have changed the ingredients. They now smell and taste like chemicals. The previous recipe tasted great.

Didn't like the marshmellow texture. Felt very gummy/gelatinous. The chocolate layer was okay. I expected it to be cakey. Definitely not something I would buy again.
