The only flavor in these is in the drizzle. They're tiny, about the size of a quarter, and made from rice flour, so not that enjoyable rice crunch of other rice cakes, and they leave a white powder mess everywhere. The cake flavor of these is on par with with other birthday cake products, a bit too sweet and slightly artificial but good enough. However, the sprinkles are practically melted into nothing and the product IMHO looks nothing like the pic.

If you are new to these, try the ones without chocolate. The chocolate ones taste like diet food. Birthday cake is the best flavor (and always sold out) followed by French Toast and Cinnamon which taste like sugar cereal : )

This is my first review ever and it’s purely because these things are so good that I feel like a FERAL ANIMAL when I get my hands on these!! I hate how they constantly go out of stock and I can never find them at the store locations by me, but I do understand why that’s the case. I love that I can binge these and not feel guilty because it is relatively low calories per serving. When I want a lil treat and to feel like I’m having desert (when my sweet tooth is like a devil on my shoulder), a bag of these are a good option for me to grab that won’t leave me immediately feeling like I need to go to the gym for like 4 hours lol. YOU NEED TO TRY THESE (as long as you’re not by my store, because I am tired of having to wait to snag these when the minute they are in stock again haha)
