I ordered 2 boxes (12 count each) to fill 24 birthday party favor bags for my son’s bday party. Between the two boxes I only had 20 bags. I don’t know if one or both boxes were short because I opened them & dumped them into a pile as I stuffed the party bags. But I won’t buy these again because of the false description.
