Extremely poor Customer Service

I actually like the product, however I only received 1/3 of what I ordered. The ad clearly shows 15 no bowl mice. I received five. This is the second time I have attempted to order this item. After the first time they got the order wrong, I actually called and spoke to the customer service people at my quick buy. They guaranteed that if I ordered the item again, I would receive the 15 size order. However, once again, I only received the small five item size. I’m going to attempt to order this one more time. Hopefully this time they get it right. I have multiple cats. Five will not work. This is a feeding system that substitutes for a bowl of dry cat food. A serving size for one cat is five of the mice. since I have multiple cats, I need 15 of these in order to feed them adequately.

Incomplete set, Quality OK

The photo and description detail that this item should include at least 15 mice, 15 blue and grey jackets, and 3 scoops. What arrived were 12 mice, 10 jackets (5 as shown and 5 colorful ones that seem to be of inferior quality), and 2 scoops (although I don't see the need for more than 1 of those). There was no "exchange" option so now we've had to pay $6 in shipping twice in hopes of receiving the right product. Will review again when the second set comes in.
