    Missing wheels

    Nice bins but I ordered them online for shipping, and 1 of the 2 I ordered didn't come with wheels. I tried returning but I only had the option to return both of them for some reason and I didn't want to do that. They have none in stock in person either. So I'm stuck with one not having any wheels.

    Wouldnt buy again

    Item arrived with the wrong lid. I contacted support, which was responsive, and said they’d ship a new lid out but would take 30 business days “due to the holidays and high replacement item requests”. So, seems like an issue with them. Container itself is meh, flimsy and seems like it will break sooner rather than later.

The food stays fresh and Lola is happy. I love that there are wheels so that we can easily move it in and out of the closet and the bonus storage bin sits neatly on top to store the scoop, extra treats, or anything else you choose.     Completely defective. Lid does not seal, it doesn’t even meet the box lip, so it’s not airtight, it’s not even closed. It’s not even closed. Do not buy this item. I would give 0 stars if possible.
