Impressed with all the times we use it!
I started using the Nomo late of 2025 and I wish I knew about this product earlier. It has been essential as a caretaker for my parents. I have had to use the NOMO more than I would like recently for my mother, and even my father has joined and started using the panic button so he doesn’t have to fuss with finding his phone to reach us. 🙂 In a particular situation, we were not able to be there when my mom actually needed EMS last week. However, being able to chat with her the entire time helped calm her down, especially since she has been experiencing some “sundowner” moments. It was also incredibly helpful to be able to speak with EMS live when they arrived. The EMS team really appreciated not having to go through the long process of piecing together clues about the situation and instead being able to speak with me directly. My father also needed assistance that night because his catheter tube had gotten stuck in his recliner chair and he didn’t want it to spill. I was able to make sure he was taken care of, and the EMS also checked his vitals etc. So, let’s just say I have had quite a bit of recent experience with NOMO and I am grateful for it.

Easy DIY security system

It had motion, fall detection, theft and sound. It can all be co trolled through an app on your phone. Installation is quick and easy. I highly recommend.

Peace of mind! Great system!
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This system is great for those of us with elderly parents or loved ones and provides an excellent peace of mind! It’s also great for those with children, those with disabilities and more. The system itself is well designed and durable, super easy to set up. It’s like having an additional set of eyes watching out for your family even when you can’t be there in person, if you have to leave home for work for example. The motion detection is amazing for those at risk of falls. The 24/7 monitoring, two way communication, and caregiver notifications are amazing and so helpful. There is a monthly monitoring fee if you choose to continue the services, but honestly it’s completely worth it.

Good ,but...
Just installed a Nomo system for my 94 year old mother-in-law. In general the system works well, but there are many quirks: first the list of "Rooms" is quite limited and odd. For example there is only one bedroom, no basement or laundry room, and inexplicably a room named "window". Then there are the "Goals," assigning sensors to goals is quite unintutive. For example, tags in "Bathroom" won't work in the regularity goal, while tags in "Bathroom 2" do. For the mobility goal, for some unknown reason, only tags in the kitchen willl work, by design, I'm told. That said, I DO like the system and hope that future releases will allow you to customize the room list and allow you to assign any sensor to any goal.

Great product to use with elderly family members
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This Nomo Smart Care essential care kit has been a game changer for our family with my elderly grandparents. Having this in their house has helped them stay independent in their lives and help keep the family worried free. This kit includes the hub, satellites ( 2 motion and sound sensors with light indicator, and 4 tags (motion sensors with alert buttons). These tags are wearable, which is very convenient. When setting this up, it takes 3 easy steps. Once we downloaded the app, we were able to check on them whenever we wanted. We definitely recommend this product for families with elderly family members.

NOMO Worry
This device has been helpful to stay connected with my father and his care team. It gives me peace of mind since I'm unable to be there everyday. The best feature is being able to make direct contact through the hub since their neighborhood is a dead zone for cell service. Also, it's convenient to be given the choice to be connected with emergency services.

I recently got the Nomo Smart Care system for my mother after she had a few falls. As she's been living independently for many years, it became clear that we needed to find a solution that would allow her to continue doing so, while giving our family peace of mind that she's safe and well. Quick and easy installation

The monitoring plan is relatively inexpensive considering the peace of mind it gives. The satellite detection system is less intrusive than cameras and does so much more than the standard fall detection device.

Works very well, extremely accurate.

Working as described

Essential for all caregivers!
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Nomo essential smart care has everything you need to keep your loved ones safe and give you peace of mind. My mom recently passed but I wish I had this as while I was her caregiver there were times I could not sleep because I worried. We tried other devices but they didn't make it easy for her to contact us (which Nomo does). She would have loved the fact that there are no cameras to ensure her privacy. This is a must if you are a caregiver or worried about someone being on their own.

Neat device that allows loved ones to have independence with support nearby
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I received the Nomo Essential Care Kit in exchange for my honest review. This device is really neat! It has allowed me to keep tabs on my parents while still giving them their independence. I'm able to monitor if any of their daily routines are missed, for example not taking their medication. I received an alert when that cabinet door had not been opened. It was easy to then provide my parents a gentle reminder that they needed to take their medication. I'm excited to continue to use this system with them!

The NOMO ESsential care kit is ESSENTIAL
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] If you have a parent who lives alone that you’re concerned about in any way, this is for you! It’s easy to install, compatible with Apple or Google products and the video quality is great! We tried out the motion detection in particular in several instances and all were spot on. It seems to be well made so durability is not a question! Overall we are very pleased! You don’t want to need something like this but so much better to be safe than sorry!!

Nomo to the rescue for my family

The kit gives us piece of mind being able to track his movements. It provides an affordable piece of mind. I would highly recommend.

Good for the elderly.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The perfect set up if you have an aging family member who is not ready for assisted living or is fighting you on it! This can give you some peace of mind and comfort knowing your loved one is still moving around to their favorite spots, and you don’t need to be spying on them or checking in daily. Just place the pieces on furniture and as they walk past, you will be alerted. There are other features available for a price, like 911 capability…wearing a necklace in case of a fall and your loved one can’t get up.
