How to Use
Aim Properly:
Hold the thermometer 1–2 inches away from the center of the forehead. Ensure the forehead is unobstructed by hair and set the device to “BODY” mode.

Just got it today. Readings were a little low. 97. 6 and 97. 8. So I calibrated to +1. 3. Now temps are right around 98. 6 degrees. I used a digital thermometer to check accuracy. All seems good now. Well worth the money. I mean way cheaper then others I priced. Seems well made and feels solid. Very happy with it.

Easy to use and fairly accurate out the box
I bought this a few weeks ago, since we had a slight scare of covid in my house hold. We have oral thermometer but we wanted something that was more contactless. At first we did have issues getting it turned on, but after some wiggling got it worked just fine. We tested the oral thermometer on me as a baseline to see how accurate the contactless one is. It registered 97. 3 for the oral. When we used the contactless it surprisingly registered the same. Would recommend this product if you want something easy to use and contactless

So Easy and Fast
Really nice. Fast. Easy. At first I couldn't get it to work. Had the batteries in wrong. Hard to see but the + and - are sketched inside the inner surface of the battery compartment. The lid to the batteries is a little stiff to open so I use a rubber jar grip to push it open. Great product!

Great Product, Mostly Accurate
I love this. Very quick and easy to use, and gives you your temperature in a couple of seconds. With the pandemic going on right now, I often check my temperature multiple times a day, and this makes that very convenient and not time consuming. Also love the color coding for the temperatures. My only issue is that it seems that be off by about 0. 5 degrees, as I will seem to generally come in at 98. 1 instead of 98. 6. This is pretty neglible to me, so doesn't hurt the overall product for me.

Exactly what I needed and came super quick! Great price too! Came WITH batteries! I only had to switch from Celsius to Fahrenheit. Added bonus, I can get temperature of surface, body and room! That's pretty cool too. Very Happy! It is certainly needed during COVID!

I read a lot of product reviews on this before I purchased and was a little uneasy, but still ordered two because they were at a great price. Man, I don't know what the other reviewers did, but everything they said negative did not apply to me. 1. ) It does not feel like a toy, it feels like every other laser thermometer out there. I have others, they all feel the same. 2. ) It did come with batteries, it was very easy to tell how the battery compartment opens, and easy to know which way the batteries go in. 3. ) It powered up right away and was already set to Farenheit, so I didn't have ti mess with it. Temperature might have been off by a degree, but I didn't do anything to calibrate yet. If I know it is only one degree off, I can also add that in my head. Nothing worth dinging them over. I am not saying other reviewers are wrong, I just don't know if they got old models, third-party sellers, or they didn't try hard enough. I took it out of the box and hd it running in about a minute. Over all, great product fast shipping!

I bought 3 of these 2 from Amazon and one from a local store. I had previously purchased 2 Ihealth thermometers and numerous inaccuracies and even trying to get them to work we switched to these. Zero issues with them, we have to take everyone's temperature at work and these are great!!!

Great product however your body temperature registers higher when you've been outside sweating, crying or wrapped up in blankets. FYI. Also, make sure to move hair when taking temperature. Read instructions and compare with regular thermometer to confirm temp. Comes in Celsius and Fahrenheit. Reads surface, room and body temperature.

I take my own reading. It is very fast and accurate.
My eyesight isn't as good as it used to be. Trying to read tiny marks on a glass stick is frustrating. My medicines leave my mouth dry so a stick thermometer doesn't get to the right spot to register a temperature correctly. It's hard to keep my mouth around the thermometer too. I got this thermometer and I don't have to worry about pointing it at a certain spot to get an accurate reading. I close my eyes and point it at my forehead and it has big numbers to see. It's correct all the time for me. What a relief.

I didn't actually read the reviews before purchasing this thermometer. I bought it on a whim because of the discounted price and just wanted something that would be good enough to use to check my temperature before going to work every day. I honestly don't understand the reviews. I put the batteries in according to the instructions (the batteries were included with mine) and turned it on. It was already on body and in F. Works great. I usually have a temperature on the higher end and it read 98. 8 immediately. That's pretty standard for me. I would recommend as a home thermometer for occasional use.

I bought this for my family business. My father is elderly so I want to make sure we take precautions. Works well. I changed the temperature to Fahrenheit by holding the mode button I think (the one on the left).
