Q: In both the description and specifications is states that the power source is both electric and battery. There wasn't a power cord included.... please advise.

A: We understand the confusion. The OMRON 3 Series Upper Arm Blood Pressure Monitor operates on four AA batteries but can also be used with an optional AC adapter, which is sold separately. The compatible adapter is the OMRON model HEM-ADPTW5 (also known as HHP-AM01). While OMRON’s website provides product information, purchases must be made through authorized retailers. A: Hi Patsy, the OMRON 3 Series Upper Arm Blood Pressure Monitor includes a standard cuff that fits adult arms measuring 9" to 17" in circumference. For larger arm sizes, you can use the OMRON Easy-Wrap ComFit Wide-Range Cuff (model HEM-FL31), which fits arms up to 17". This cuff is sold separately. Absolute Garbage
I don't know how this is supposed to fit me. the band is so tall, it covers my entire upper arm, and I can't physically place it properly. the band itself is frankly backwards, forcing you to pull away from your body, rather than towards it. By the time I'd come close to putting it on properly, my heart was racing from tge effort, and I'm not even out of shape!

OMRON lemon. 
Normally a very reliable blood pressure machine even recommended by my cardiologist, but this particular model gave us wildly inaccurate numbers we had to return it. We compared it to our doctors machine and manual blood pressure readings and they were never accurate. We believe this was a defective device. It appears that just like if you buy a car that turns into a lemon the same thing can happen with these machines. It’s the first time we’ve ever had a malfunctioning blood pressure machine by this company. We were pretty surprised. Unable to recommend this particular model.

So helpful for pregnancy, especially with intense and sometimes unhealthy cravings. However, very odd that there’s no charging cord and is listed as an “optional accessory”. Would’ve been nice to know that before purchasing.

I liked it a lot except for in the two weeks I’ve had it. I’ve had to replace the four AA batteries a third time and now it doesn’t work at all hopefully when I return it and buy another one it works better if not, I’ll be returning the next one.

Inaccuracte readings- do not trust this machine.
Very inaccurate. I am in my third trimester of pregnancy and had pre-eclampsia with my last pregnancy, so taking my pressure daily is a must to ensure safety to me and the baby. I can get a reading of 160/100 and within 5 minutes a reading of 120/76 on the same arm with no change in placement/movement of me or the machine. I have gone to the ER multiple times due to the readings on this machine and they were not as high at the ER as the machine advised. I will not buy another machine if theirs again.

Bought this item in a hurry for my old omron 10 series just stopped working. Ad says power source - electric and battery. I liked that it's small, easy to carry when travelling. But it did not include adapter like the 10 series. Ad should indicate that adapter not included for I've waited this delivery for 3 days. I could have ordered an adapter at the same time.

I had this brand of BP machine 7 years and it died. I bought this Omron 3 as a replacement, the universal cuff was HUGE, but my arm circumference is small. The pump blew the cuff up to 200BP no matter what I did, and the cuff felt like a tourniquet. I attached some other cuffs to machine and the machine automatically pumped them up to 200BP. I had to return and buy another brand.

I can’t even use it. It squeezes your arm so tight it cuts off circulation. Then once it stops, it takes wayyyy to long to get the reading. While my arm is tingling. I take it off before I can even get a reading because what is taking so long!!!!

If you buy the BP7150, take it with you to your next appointment with your physician so you can compare the systolic/diastolic your nurse with the proper training and equipment reads and what this machine reads. If your experience is like mine, it will give you higher numbers than the professional. It's due to the "one size fits all" cuff most likely, my N.P. advised.

Wildly inaccurate
I don’t know how this thing has good reviews. I have one and its readings are so inconsistent with 15-20 pts difference taking bp from the first to 2nd try. Like a minute apart it will show a huge difference in blood pressure. It’s junk since it’s reading are so inaccurate.
