There is no straight forward way to use this without being an audience to offers and ways to upsell the user on unneeded service subscriptions. This should be a simple device to use but they have made it into a chore. The online app they use for this is a ploy, don't give them your real email address. I wish I had bought a different brand.

I have had this blood pressure machine for over 6 months now, and it has been very accurate. I have had readings taken before and after Doctor visits and the readings were very similar. My blood pressure spikes so even walking 50 feet will raise my blood pressure. I like the fact that I can record all of the results including EKG readings on my phone and share them with my Doctor. This is the best Blood pressure machine I have ever jhad.

I have been using this BP7900 for over six months. I took it to my doctor's office and we used his testing device to check accuracy. The BP7900 was within +/- 2 points of the testing device. That is plenty accurate for me. Also, I see complaints here about a fee for use of the app. I have not paid one cent for the app and it works great on my iPhone 12 pro. I like the averaging capabilities and storage features. I would recommend this machine to anyone who knows how to use Bluetooth and can read and follow directions.

Researching ECG devices that can warn of AFib I was hearing about difficult connections between the device and the phone app, interference in some rooms, and incompatible phones. None of that has been a problem with this Omron device. I have an unremarkable Motorola Android phone and can fit it into place on the Omron without removing the case. This Omron uses the top AI-trained software from AliveCor and may even make it easier to use than with some AliveCor's own devices. AFib that comes and goes is difficult to catch at your doctor's office. Be ready to catch it yourself.

I bought the Complete Wireless Upper Arm Blood Pressure Cuff with EKG. EKG works perfectly and need to set up the smartphone app for it to work well. BP reads consistently high for diastolic (10-25 high) and systolic (about 5-10 high). Calibrated at doctor's office three times, but still reads high and amount seems to vary even with multiple readings on the same visit. Technicians verified it seems to be the right size cuff, but say my BP reading is hard to hear, whatever that means.

For the money you pay, one would THINK this operation would be FLAWLESS! It is not. Struggle to get the EKG and BP done, does not sync well with app and then I have a notification on my phone that the App is syncing... I THINK my BP is high too, no way to check other than I just had an annual physical and it was fine

The bluetooth feature to my iPhone allows me to download and create PDF reports for doctor visits. These reports allow the specialist to review and make confident decisions on medications and path forward.

Have been using for about a month now and still having problems. Sometimes it works okay then it won’t up load readings to phone. Loads readings for wife to my phone and my readings to her phone. Overall unreliable operation.

By all means, if you want to increase you blood pressure further, then this is the best unit to purchase. I am tech savvy and the Bluetooth connection on this unit makes me want to pull my hair out. Do not waste your money. You are better off writing down your stats than trying to use this.

I bought this just a week back and I'm happy so far. I have used Omron 5 series in the past and comparing to that this has smaller display and no memory tracking for 2 persons. But I'm OK to compromise with EKG feature and it worked well. I can also send that EKG to my email in PDF format and forward to my doctor. Once I connect Omron to phone I can able to see the numbers in bigger screen on the phone (so smaller display is not a big drawback). My recommendation is, if you need just a blood pressure monitor then I would not recommend this (you can buy any other Omron series) but if you prefer EKG feature then you can go confidently buy this.

I bought this because I am a severe hypertensive. It's not uncommon for 220/173, I have a heart condition. This machine made sense but was weary how accurate it would be. I tested me, my 2 son's, and our 2 friends across the street. My youngest son came back with unspecified arrhythmia, not once but twice. He has all the signs of the genetic heart conditions that run in our family but his doctor when he was a baby said it was asthma. We are bringing him in for more testing now with his current pediatrician. He is 12.
