    Q: Difference between the 7 series and the 10 series bp cuff

    • A: The main difference is the cuff design. The 10 Series comes with the Easy-Wrap ComFit cuff that fits your arm more securely and helps reduce placement errors. The 7 Series uses a standard D-ring style cuff. Both work well, but the 10 Series cuff is designed to make setup easier and more consistent. The BP7465 replaced the older BP7450 and includes updated AFib screening features, expanded memory, and enhanced app connectivity, so this is considered an upgrade.     • A: The Omron 10 Series uses the Wide Range D-Ring cuff that fits 9 to 17 inches. It does not support a Small Adult cuff as an accessory, and none of the dual-display models are designed to work with a Small Adult cuff because they can only use the approved wide-range cuff listed in the manual . The OMRON 10 Series Upper Arm Blood Pressure Monitor comes with the Easy-Wrap ComFit cuff, model HEM-FL31, which fits standard to large adult arms (9"–17" in circumference). Some product images may show the HEM-RML31 cuff, but that is a different size and not the one included with this model.

    Only the best!

    This is the number one blood pressure bluetooth machine according to many Medical journals and the information it offers you is outstanding I do have thin arms and the cuff that came with the blood pressure machine HEM-FL 31 is absolutely perfect. As the air builds up it gets filled 360° with this cuff so it gives me absolute accurate readings. I would only buy OMRON and nothing else. If your doctor wants to monitor your blood pressure tell he or she you have an OMRON series 10 which will transmit all of the information to the doctor and do not use any other blood pressure device because they can't compete with this one. Do your research and you'll see I'm right
